Doug DeVos and "Hap" Fauth have combined forces to challenge for the America's Cup, representing the New York Yacht Club. Terry Hutchinson will lead the DeVos - Fauth syndicate, which will be known as "Belle Mente Quantum Racing Association." Hutchinson has sailed for both DeVos and Fauth in their elite racing programs. DeVos is an owner of Quantum sails. His Quantum Racing team has competed in the TP52 Super Series and predecessor, the MedCup, winning the series five times. Fauth has successfully campaigned a series of maxi yachts named Belle Mente.
